Our Brentwood location is conveniently located in the Comerica Bank Building on the North side on San Vicente, adjacent to Vicente Foods.  This location allows us to provide services to those patients living in Brentwood, Santa Monica, Westwood, and West Los Angeles. Click on the map to get driving directions from Google Maps.  Once parked inside the building go to the main lobby elevators, and proceed down to the lower level. PARKING

First Visit and Follow-up appointments -  There is ample and free street parking at our location. A local map of street parking will be provided to you on your first visit. Or if you choose, ask the staff about the parking rates inside the building. Unfortunately, we do not validate parking for patients at this time. Please plan accordingly when visiting and thank you for choosing Function Physical Therapy for your rehabilitation!
